This is a safe, nonjudgmental studio that is open for those looking for a smaller setting with more individualized instruction.Also offering Ayurvedic consultations for those looking to live a more natural, healthier lifestyle. Begin with finding out your Prakriti (Body Composition) then developing a plan individualized for you including diet, lifestyle and movement recommendations.
With an emphasis on breathing techniques and meditation, we promote thoughtful and reflexive yoga to promote both physical and mental well-being. Ayurveda teaches that we must find a balance of mind, body, and spirit to live a long and healthy life.
