The weather is warming and we're all ready for wind therapy! It's time to start strengthening and toning for riding season - gearing up for riding!
Bring your motorcycle and join me for a yoga practice that will prepare you for the coming season. Learn how to incorporate stoplight stretches, mid-ride flexibility poses, and post ride restorative practices.
Wear your normal riding gear/clothing but may want to switch to gym shoes for the class. We'll be practicing outdoors in the 45 foot double driveway*
All riders, passengers, and skill levels are welcome.
*Location may change depending on number of registrants.
